Are all your hosting packages advertisement free?

Yes, we do not place banner advertisements on your website.

What kind of server uptime to you have?

Our data center and network is monitored 24x7 by system administrators that are ready to swing into action if a problem arises. We currently have an impeccable monthly uptime which exceeds industry average.

How can I access email?

All email accounts are POP email accounts meaning you can use any POP capable email application such as Outlook or Outlook Express. In addition, every account has web based email which enables you to access your email using a web browser from any computer that is connected to the Internet.
